Jackson Pollock

I love abstract paintings, and this one reminds me of Jackson Pollock's work, who is known for merging science and art, being ahead of his time. In my research I found out although his work was widely known and exhibited internationally, the artist never traveled outside the United States. He was killed in an automobile accident on August 11, 1956. The artist at Cocoa & Hearts is Jen Ramos, and she has a site here and blog here. It's great to find sites that are inspiring in art and life in general.
