Stay Healthy Kids!

Flu and cold season is coming up, and what better way to stay healthy than to get free samples of Emergen-C. They have blue, pink and Planet samples (don't ask me what the planet one includes) as well as their new line for kids.

We take them everyday, courtesy of dad. He mixes mine with aloe juice, Kombucha (find out about it here), and coconut water. It sounds crazy, but it gives me a lot of energy and helps my stomach in the morning. I also take a multi-vitamin and a B-Complex vitamin.
