Not to add to the annoyance of Resolution diets, but I have been in search of healthy, tasty treats to add to my diet and found some great ones that up your daily fruit intake. I've started up Weight Watchers after gaining a few pounds over the holidays. Even if you don't follow WW you know these are healthy because of the low points.
- Banana dipped in 1 tablespoon of Hot Fudge
- 2 WW points
- Other ideas: add any of your favorite fruits for zero points; sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin spice
- Apple with 1 tablespoon peanut butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon
- 3 WW points
- Other ideas: grill or cook the apples; add fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
- 2 oz. angel food cake and as many strawberries and blueberries as you like
- 2 WW points
- Other ideas: grill the angel food cake; add Fat-free whip cream; sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin spice; add bananas or your favorite fruit for zero points
