Clean Drinks

With the heat index rising, who doesn't love a clean, crisp, refreshing drink. But there are so many drinks that make you feel more bloated. High fiber foods, like apples, help debloat you, so why not add it to your drink.


Vodka apple

1 oz flavored vodka or regular
8 oz club soda
2 wedges of apples
1 wedge lime

100 or so calories
