1 c white beans
1/2 c skim milk
1 c fat free mozzarella
3 whole wheat tortillas
1 shaking of cayenne
Throw beans, milk and mozzarella into a blender. Place 1 tortilla in a bowl and ladel the mixture on top of it. Garnish with a shaking of cayenne to your liking over the bowl. Bake the other tortillas in the oven at 325 for 10 minutes.

Vegan, Low-Fat Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 c oats
1 ripe banana (in place of egg)
1 c applesauce (in place of oil)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 bag 60% or higher dark chocolate chips
Mix ingredients in bowl. Set oven to 350 and spray cookie sheet with spray olive oil. Spoon dough in balls. Yields 24. Weight Watchers points: 3 each cookie
