Running apps

It's very important to get help when you're starting anything new, especially running. With all the technology out there, there is a lot of help in the form of apps for training, tracking and to help mix things up. 


Here are some of my favorite apps...



  • runkeeper--helps track time and mileage when doing outdoor running/walking
  • pandora--music player that you can conform to your tastes
  • Nike training--give you myriad workouts from strength training, circuit training and cardio
