- You can drink 1-2 times a week
- Drink no more than 2 drinks a day
- Don't drink and eat starchy carbohydrates (pasta, potatoes)
Of course, with mixed drinks the best are with club soda and a splash of juice or with just a lime or lemon.
He also recommends interval training to lose weight (which I actually do--I finally am doing something right!). So that means switch back and forth between walking on a high incline to burn fat and running at high intensity.
