Fit Tip: No Quick Spot Reduction

There is no such thing as spot reduction. No matter how many different abdominal exercises you do, you won’t see any definition until you lose the fat first. So instead of focusing your energy on a specific muscle group, focus on total body movements – done in a circuit training fashion – to burn the most calories and decrease overall body fat. To speed up the process of decreasing your body fat, combine this with cardio and proper nutrition.
