My latest health foods, that are zero points on WW if you follow, are grapefruit, pumpkin pie spice and cherries. Grapefruit and cherries are self explanatory but the pumpkin pie spice can make any dish decadent. I add it on waffles and yogurt in the morning, fruit and fat-free frozen yogurt for treats, and popcorn for snacks. You can sprinkle it on the food and the bowl/dish to make it like the restaurants do.
