Mommy and Me Yoga

I knew taking my daughter to yoga class would be fun, but I didn't realize the benefits. There was a calmness to both of us immediately after yoga, but she did NOT like when I meditated lying down at the end. She kept saying she wanted me wake up. Our instructor kept emphasizing how important it is for your child to see you taking care of yourself and taking a minute for yourself. That's a big one we need to keep practicing.
